Last night was a special night for our family. We celebrated my parents' anniversary by going to dinner at the exquisite, Four Diamond award-winning Pacific's Edge Restaurant in The Carmel Highlands. If you happen to be traveling through Northern California, this is definitely a visit worth making (especially if you're a foodie, wine connoisseur, or just enjoy an inviting and luxurious atmosphere).
The restaurant certainly lives up to its grand promise: "An experience for all the senses, Pacific's Edge pairs unmatched views of Carmel (California's) famed Big Sur coastline with spectacular "California Coastal" cuisine... in a convivial ambiance."
